The Quality Assurance Workgroup is happy to award the following transcripts for the May 2014 Exemplary Reference Awards.

Brief Exemplary Reference Award: Lorrie See, Sarasota County Libraries

Lorrie was very helpful and efficient in providing this patron with the necessary documentation to take to her library to update her membership.

Detailed Exemplary Reference Award: Heidi Williamson, Orange County Library System

Heidi was able to use the Florida Electronic Library to point the patron in the right direction for medical research.

BarbaraTeaching Exemplary Reference Award: Barbara Gundersen, University of Florida Libraries

Barbara helped teach the student how to find which database contains which journals and for what years.
